介绍了电动螺旋压力机的发展过程。提出了电机直驱式和经一级齿轮传动式两种结构形式和原理。给出了采用日本安川变频器控制特制交流异步电动机控制系统软、硬件实现的方法;分析了电动螺旋压力机的特点。
The developing process of the electric screw press has been introduced.Two structure and principles of the motor including the direct-drive type motor and the first -class gear drive type motor have been put forward, with the method of controlling the special AC asynchronous motor by the Japan Yaskawa frequency inverter given. The characteristics of the electric screw press have been analyzed.
