慢性粒细胞白血病smac和survivin基因表达及意义 被引量:9

EXPRESSIONS OF smac AND survivin GENES IN CHRONIC MYELOID LEUKEMIA AND THEIR CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

摘要 目的检测慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)病人smac和survivin mRNA的表达情况,以探讨其在CML病情进展及预后中的意义。方法应用半定量RT-PCR技术检测71例CML病人和10名健康者上述基因的表达。结果smac和survivin mRNA在CML病人的阳性表达率分别为90.1%、63.4%,均明显高于正常对照组(χ2=22.176、6.773,P〈0.01、0.05),二者在CML的加速期、急变期的表达水平明显高于慢性期(t=10.708-16.725,P〈0.01),且二者在CML病人的表达水平呈正相关(r=0.833,P〈0.01)。结论smac和survivin基因与CML的病情进展密切相关,是监测CML病情进展及判断预后的有价值的分子标记物。 Objective To detect the expressions of smac and survivin mRNA in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and explore their clinical significance. Methods Using semi-quantitative RT-PCR technique, expressions of smac and survivin mRNA were detected in 71 CML patients and 10 healthy adults. Results A positive rate of smac and survivin in the patients was 90. 1 and 63.4%, respectively, significantly higher than that of the controls (χ2 =22. 176,6. 773,P〈0. 01,0. 05). Both smac and sur vivin expressions were much higher in accelerated phase and acute transformation phase than in chronic phase (t= 10. 708-16. 725, P〈0.01). The expression level of smac and survivin showed positive correlation (r=0. 833,P〈0.01). Conclusion The smac and survivin genes are closely related to the advancement and prognosis of CML, which are valuable molecular markers to be used for monitoring the disease.
