摘要
基于知识管理的数字档案馆建设有助于档案馆在信息社会和知识经济时代充分发挥社会服务的功能,知识管理的数字档案馆建设的主要内容包括档案馆业务管理、知识资源管理、知识服务和知识共享,建设基于知识管理的数字档案馆应当从标准体系、人力资源、基础设施、知识资源、技术系统、组织体制等方面着手。
The digital archive construction based on knowledge management is a help to archives in its service function in the era of information society and knowledge economy. The digital archive construction based on knowledge management involves business management in the archive, resource management, knowledge share and other service. The construction of digital archives based on knowledge management has to start with such aspects as the system of standard, human resources, fundamental facilities, knowledge resources, technical system, and organization institution.
