摘要
应用多只激光点结构光传感器对大型回转体工件横断面扫描,形成多个光切平面。拟合各个光切面上离散点为空间椭圆曲线,求出光切面中心的空间三维坐标,由此确定大型回转体工件轴线的直线度,并计算出横截面几何形状。提出了大型回转体工件直线度激光视觉测量方法,推导了数学模型,进行了实验研究,并给出了实验结果。
Several light incisions are brought up when the large size parts are scanned along the cross-section by laser light structure sensors. Since discrete points of each light incision are fitted to elliptic curve, the 3D coordinates of the central of the light incision plane can be attained. And with the space line fitting and error examination arithmetic, the large cross-section parts' straightness is gained. The geometry of cross-section can be recognized. The method of the measurement of the large-size parts' straightness by laser vision is brought forward, and on-line experiment result is also presented.
