摘要
对某大型双缸起竖设备的工作特点和过程进行了分析和仿真,提取了进行同步控制的特征参量,并且在此基础上给出了液压回路的改进措施,提出了一种PID控制器的设计及其参数调整方法。实验结果证明,该方法可实现此大型双缸起竖设备的同步控制,改善了系统的同步特性,且具有较高的精确性和稳定性。
The synchronous working characteristics of a large scale erecting equipment were analyzed, the process of it was simulated, the characteristic parameter of synchronous control was picked up, and the improvement of hydraulic loop was given. A new controller based PID was designed, a method of parameter-adjusting was given, and the two working device's synchronous control was realized. The experiment results indieate that the PID controller ameliorates the synchronization of the system, and also it has a better accuracy and stability.
