摘要
分析了军队医院医疗设备维修部门建设中存在的主要问题,提出了一种由设备维修室、医学计量室和技术资料档案及信息室3部分组成的设备维修部门的建设模式,并对维修部门的建设与管理原则、方法、目标以及准入制度、队伍建设、维修模式和理念等进行了探讨。
The military hospital＇s department of medical engineering is limited by authorized size and system. The existing problems in the construction of department of medical equipment are analyzed and some suggestions are given. The construction of department of medical equipment should be made up of three parts： equipment repairing department, medical metrology department and archives department. The construction is also discussed in such aspects as the rules, methods, goals, human resource management, engineer＇s training program, and reparing mode.
