摘要
为了发挥清华大学北京协和医学院科研实力强的优势,培养医学生主动获取知识的能力、临床实践能力和医学科学研究能力,通过集中安排的方式,组织学生进行8个月的专题科学研究训练,以培养学生实事求是的科学态度、严谨的工作作风和团结协作的精神,为今后开展临床医学或基础医学研究打下了良好的基础。
Peking Union Medical College developed a training system to build research capability of medical students. The system is based on the rich resources of scientific research and the training takes 8 months with A-to-Z process of research under supervision of principle investigator in laboratories. The achievements and impact on medical education were discussed.
