通过对国有商业银行和私营软件公司的满意度比较分析,发现在不同所有制下,影响企业的满意度因素互有异同,并分析了其产生的原因,为提高企业员工满意度、忠诚度,提升企业人力资源管理水平提供新思路。
With the comparative analysis of employees' satisfaction between state-owned commercial bank and privately owned software company, that there are common and different factors affecting employees' satisfaction under different ownerships is found, and the'causes are analyzed. It offers new thoughts to improve employees' satisfaction and loyalty and to upgrade hrm level.
