脑卒中后误吸患者的临床相关因素研究 被引量：16

摘要 食物误吸是脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的严重异常表现，可导致吸入性肺炎、气道阻塞、气管痉挛，使患者病情加重，甚至是引起死亡的主要原因In。及时、正确的评估食物误吸，对脑卒中的临床及康复治疗具有重要价值。目前电视X线透视吞咽功能研究（videofluoroscopic swallowing study，VFSS）是针对渗透误吸的诊断性评价方法。本研究对420例康复期脑卒中患者进行VFSS，旨在了解脑卒中后误吸患者的临床特点。
