乌干达23例艾滋病患者以消化道症状为主的胃镜特点分析

摘要
分析23例以消化道症状为主而就诊的艾滋病患者的临床表现及胃镜下表现,发现艾滋病易侵犯消化道,患者多有吞咽困难、恶心、腹痛、腹泻等消化道症状并伴有消瘦、发热等全身表现,胃镜下多发现霉菌感染,胃炎以胃窦及胃体为主。胃炎、消化性溃疡在严重艾滋病患者中并不多见。
