高血压脑出血微创术后穴位针刺组与对照组随机对比研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨穴位针刺治疗对微创颅内血肿术后患者神经功能改善的疗效。方法将81例行微创颅内血肿术后的患者随机分为两组,穴位针刺组41例,对照组40例。进行对比,观察两组半个月后神经功能缺损程度情况。结果针刺治疗组,基本痊愈4例,好转32例,无变化5例,有效率87.8%;对照组,基本痊愈0例,好转21例,无变化19例,有效率52.5%。结论对于微创颅内血肿清除术后患者,穴位针刺治疗的确可以改善患者的意识状态、肢体功能、语言及认知能力。疗效显著。
