摘要
齿轮轴热处理后,在校正过程中发生横向断裂。采用了宏观和微观检验、化学成分分析及扫描电镜断口观察等方法对该断裂轴进行了分析。结果表明,原材料夹杂物级别较高,加上存在不允许的缺陷、力学性能不符合技术要求等因素,最终导致该轴在校正过程中发生断裂。
After heat treatment of the tooth wheel axle, the crosswise break happened during the adjustment process. For analysising the break reason, the macroscopic, the microscopic examination and the SEM fracture analysis technology were conducted. The result analysis were showed that terminste temperature higher of the forge heats up the hyperpyrexia to produce the naphthalene shapefracture, finally caused breaks when adjusting.
