摘要
文章分析了影响建设项目施工方案的主要因素,通过对灰局势决策理论的研究建立了建设项目施工方案的决策模型.并进行了实证研究,提供了灰色理论在建设项目施工决策中的应用方法.
This paper analyses the complication of influence management projects construction planning decision-making, through study on Grey Theroy establishes the model of management projects decision-making. And by demonstration reach, gives the method of application of Grey Theory in planning management projects construction planning decision-making.
