Cardiovascular Adenosine Triphosphate-sensitive Potassium (K_(ATP)) Channels and Development of Specific Drugs

摘要 综述心肌、血管平滑肌及血管内皮中ATP敏感性钾通道的结构、功能和药理学特性,并展望了ATP敏感性钾通道特异性开放剂和阻断剂的应用前景及该类新药的研究方向。ATP敏感性钾通道是由细胞内ATP调节的一种钾离子通道,不同组织中ATP敏感性钾通道的结构、功能和药理学性质有所不同。 Adenosine triphosphate-sensitive potassium (KATp) channels are thought to mediate the stress response by sensing intracellular ATP concentration. KATP in different tissue has different structures, functions and pharmacological character. In this paper, the structure, function and pharmacological character of cardiovascular KATP were briefly summarized. And the prospect of the application of KATP channel opener and KATP channel blocker and the trend of new drug research were discussed.
