摘要
目的:提供一种电阻抗断层成像(EIT)重建数据的可视化方法,以提高重建图像的质量.方法:将EIT重建得到的电阻抗重建数据,采用基于有限元的云图可视化技术进行图像映射.以云图的方式表现横断面内阻抗分布变化,实现EIT检测结果的可视化.并将该可视化方法应用于人体胃充盈的EIT实时监测实验.结果:人体实验结果表明,云图能清楚反映胃部导电液体增加的阻抗变化信息.所得到的EIT图像伪影少,视觉效果好,运算迅速.结论:云图可视化方法有利于提高EIT图像质量,可应用于实时的EIT监测.
AIM: To provide a visualization method for recon- struction data of electrical impedance tomography (EIT) and to improve the quality of the reconstructed images. METHODS: The reconstruction data computed through EIT algorithms were mapped into an image using the contour technique based on the finite elements. The changes of cross-sectional impedance distribution were displayed on the contour image and the results detected by EIT were visualized. Additionally, the contour visualization method was applied in the real-time detection of EIT on human stomach filled with physiological saline. RESULTS: According to the human experiment, it was found that the impedance changes caused by the increasing amounts of conductive fluid within the stomach could be seen clearly from the EIT images generated by contour techniques. These EIT images had few artifacts with good visions and were generated quickly. CONCLUSION: The contour visualization method can improve the quality of EIT images and can be applied in the real-time detection of EIT.
