循环经济作为一种可持续发展的有效途径,强调在生态环境承受能力下的资源有效配置。技术创新则在突破传统经济学静态分析的基础上,研究经济增长问题。二者的联系不仅仅体现在生态化的倾向上,更重要的在于它们的理论基础、分析角度和解决问题的相通性。技术创新是发展循环经济的基本手段。
Circular economy as an effective way of sustainable development puts emphasis on the effective allocation of resources under the affordability of ecological environment. Technological innovation breaks through the traditional economical static analysis to study the problem of economic growth. Their links reflect not only on the ecological tend and more importance is the commons on the theoretical basis, analysis and problem-solving perspective. Technological innovation is the basic means of the development of circular economy.
