摘要
通过对龙须草田间越冬存活率、低温半致死温度、2℃和7℃下叶绿素含量及过氧化物酶(POD),过氧化氢酶(CAT),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等保护酶活性的研究,探讨龙须草在低温胁迫下的生理生化变化.结果表明,12月至翌年1月刈割龙须草的安全越冬率不低于95%,显著高于11月刈割的;3~10cm的刈割高度对龙须草越冬没有影响;龙须草叶片细胞膜相对电导率随温度的下降而增加,低温半致死临界温度约为-3.5℃;与常温相比,叶绿素含量在7℃下变化不明显,2℃处理48h后显著下降,减少了53.0%.2℃处理24h的龙须草叶片POD和CAT活性最大,分别高于对照69.9%和90.3%%,而SOD活性变化不大.3种酶对低温胁迫的响应大小顺序为CAT,POD,SOD.复温10d后7℃低温时龙须草和对照无生长差异,2℃低温下的龙须草叶色发黄.
The experiment of cold hardiness of Eulaliopsis binata was conducted after winter mowing and livability rate, low temperature for 50% killed with EC test, chlorophyl content and antioxidant enzyme activities in the leaves were investigated under 2 ℃ and 7 ℃ low temperatures. The results showed that the high livability (〉95%) after mowing was obtained during the period from December to next January, which was significant higher than that of mowing in November. No difference was observed for livability rate with 3-10 cm mowing height over all mowing period. Relative EC (%) increased with temperature decreasing. The LTso was about -3.5 ℃ for Eulaliopsis binata. Compared with normal temperature, chlorophyll content was no significant change under 7 ℃. While chlorophyll content significantly descend about 53.0% after 48 h under 2 ℃. The activities of peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) changed significantly increasing by about 69.9% and 90.3% after 24 h under 2-2. However superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity had little change. The order was: CAT〉POD〉SOD. When the temperature increased ten days late, there was no difference in Eulaliopsis binata growth between 7 ℃ and normal temperature treatment while the leaves turned yellow under 2 ℃.
