摘要
对由丁辛醇原料中的杂质引起的羰基合成铑催化剂的活性下降及失活原因进行了分析,提出了在原料生产工艺或供应渠道改变时控制原料中有害杂质的设想,介绍了预防及应对铑催化剂失活的措施和方法。
The deactivation of LPOXO Rh-catalyst due to the impurities in propylene and synthesis gas feed was analyzed. New suggestions about reducing the levels of poisons ＆ inhibitors in raw material as the technology process or supply source were changed were put forward . The methods of preventing Rhcatalyst from deactivation were introduced.
