摘要
全科医学教育在我国起步较晚,目前仍未形成有效的全科医学教育模式。积极发展全科医学教育,培养全科医师,已经成为医学教育改革的重要内容和高等医学院校的一项紧迫而又长期的任务。优势劣势-机遇风险分析,简称SWOT分析,是现代管理中制定战略的一种方法。本文运用SWOT分析法对新时期高等医学院校开展全科医学教育的内部环境(优势、劣势)和外部条件(机遇、风险)进行系统分析,并提出了高等医学院校全科医学教育可持续发展策略,具体包括加强全科医学学科建设,完善师资队伍、教材和社区实习基地建设,将全科医学教育与地方卫生事业发展紧密结合等,旨在为我国高等医学院校发展全科医学教育提供理论依据。
General practice education in china starts relatively late, and the effective mode has not formed,it becomes a longterm and urgent task to develop general practice education in higher medical school. By using the Strength-Weakness-OpportunityThreat（SWOT） analysis, the paper analyzes systematically both the inner conditions（ strengths and weaknesses） and outer environ- ment（ opportunities and threats）of general practice education in higher medical school, then the thesis put forward sustainable de- velopment strategies according to the results of SWOT analysis, which including enhancing the discipline construction, strengthe- ning the construction of teachers, textbooks and community teaching base, combining closely the education with the development of local health care, so that to provide reference for developing general practice education in higher medical school.
