摘要 采用均匀设计试验探讨固体超强酸SO42-/SnO2制备条件,并将该催化剂用于油酸正丁酯的合成,结合逐步回归分析和单因素多水平实验对分析结果进行讨论和验证,得到了该催化剂制备的最佳条件。SO42-/SnO2固体超强酸催化剂的最佳制备条件为:浸渍液浓度为1.5 mol/L、浸泡时间0.5 h、焙烧温度400℃、焙烧时间1 h,在最佳条件下,油酸正丁酯的酯收率高达99.22%,催化剂在连续使用5次后,酯收率为94.03%,无明显失活,稳定性好。 The preparation conditions of solid superacid SO4^2- /SnO2 were investigated by uniform design, and the solid superacid was used as catalyst in the synthesis of n-- butyl oleate. The optimum conditions of preparation of SO4^2-/SnO2 were determined by regression analysis and single factor more level analysis, i. e. , the concentration of impregnating solution is 3.0 mol/L, impregnating time is 0.5 h, caleinating temperature is 400 ℃, and caleinating time is 1 h. Under optimum conditions, the yield of esterification is up to 99. 22%. At the same time, the catalyst was used repeatedly for 5 times without any apparent loss of the conversion and the yields of esterification is 94.03%.
