摘要
目的：建立商品蛤蚧药材中总磷脂含量测定方法。方法：采用钼蓝比色法测定10个不同采集地的蛤蚧药材中总磷脂的含量。结果：样品中总磷脂含量为0．24%-1．90%。平均回收率为99．32％，RSD=2．57％，n=5。结论：该方法简便、快速，结果准确、可靠，适合商品蛤蚧药材中总磷脂的含量测定。
Objective：To introduce a measurement to assay total phospholipids of commercial gecko medicinal materials. Methods： Molybdenum blue chromatometry was adopted to assay 10 gecko samples which were collected from different regions. Results： The content of total phospholipids samples is 0.24%-1.90%,Average rate of recovery is 99.32%,RSD=2.57%,n=5.Conclusion： This method is an single, convenient, accurate and reliable method to assay total phospholipids of commercial gecko medicinal materials.
