碳纤维加固预应力空心板抗弯承载力试验研究 被引量:19

摘要 碳纤维布加固预应力空心板是一种新型加固方法.为研究不同碳纤维黏贴量与黏贴方式对加固效果的影响,按工程实际尺寸设计制作了7块预应力混凝土空心板试件,进行了黏贴碳纤维布加固后,在近似均布荷载作用下抗弯承载力试验研究.结合现行碳纤维片材加固设计规程的不足,提出便于应用的抗弯承载力加固设计计算公式.结果表明:用碳纤维布加固预应力混凝土空心板,可以有效提高试件抗弯承载力;提出的计算公式计算值偏于安全,便于黏贴碳纤维布加固设计应用. The use of carbon-fiber reinforced plastics (CFRPs) to strengthen pre-stressed, reinforced concrete (RC) hollow-core slab is a new structural reinforcement method. Seven actualdimension pre-stressed RC hollow-core slabs strengthened by CFRP were constructed and then tested under uniform load to analyze the effects of bonding mode and additive quantity. A feasible formula was presented for calculating the flexural capacity of pre-stressed RC hollow core slabs strengthened by CFRP. The results show that the flexural modulus of pre-stressed RC hollow core slabs strengthened by CFRP increase significantly. The calculated results are safer than the experimental ones, which suggest that the calculations are feasible for use in design.
