摘要
为调查哈尔滨市H沟污水中致突变物的主要污染源,采用蚕豆根尖细胞微核试验,对哈尔滨市H沟排入松花江的污水及几家工厂的污水进行致突变性筛选。筛选呈阳性结果的工厂排污口污水,提取污水中有机污染物后,应用姐妹染色单体互换试验进行致突变性研究。结果表明:B、C两厂排污口污水有机提取物具有致突变作用。它们是哈尔滨市H沟污水被有机致突变物污染的首治目标。
For investigating the main resources of the mutagenic pollutants in H ditch water in Harbin,the sewage poured into Songhuajiang river from H ditch and from several factories were screened for the mutagenicity with micronucleus test of vicia faba root tip cells.The sewage samples from factories screened as positive were concentrated to extract organic pollutants which would be determined by SCE test.The results showed that the organic extracts in sewage from b and c factory with mutagenic action were the primary objectives for controlling organic and mutagenic pollutants in H ditch in Harbin.
