摘要
近年来,俄罗斯认识到农村教师职业素质的高低是影响农村教育现代化成败的重要因素,并有针对性地采取了一系列改进措施,取得了一定的成效。分析俄罗斯农村教师职业素质的基本状况和提高策略,对促进我国农村教师队伍建设具有一定的启示。
In recent years,Russian government has been realized that rural teachers＇ professional quality is the important factor which leads to success or failure of the modernization of the rural education in Russia. A series of measures for improving rural teachers＇ professional quality have been adopted and some progress has been made. The analysis of the basic states and measures of improving rural teachers＇ professional quality in Russia can provide some inspiration for promoting rural teacher troop construction in China.
