摘要
本文论述了北京都市型现代农业评价指标体系编制的指导思想、原则、方法与结构,以及指标的分类、界定、内涵、权重和目标值的确定;并提出该体系的计算方法,进程中阶段的划分;运用该体系测算出2005年北京都市型现代农业综合指数为61.49,处于都市型现代农业初级阶段的前期;并与2000、2004年测算结果进行了对比分析。然后,建立并运用动态诊断模型进行分析,提出调控时应给予不同程度关注的4类指标及相应的5条对策建议。
On the base of establishment of evaluation index system of metropolis modem agriculture in Beijing area, the authors discuss the determination of the guidance idea, principle , method and structure of system building, and the classification, boundary, meaning, weight and target value of index in this paper. And the computational method and partition of the phrases in process was brought forward. The composite index of Beijing metropolis modem agriculture in 2005 is 61.49, which indicates that the agriculture of Beijing is in a early stage of the metropolis modem agriculture primary phase. In addition, a comparative analysis about the results of 2005 and 2000, 2004 is made. Then, establish and apply the dynamic diagnose model to compare the index system, and put forward four kinds of indexes and five corresponding advices which should be taken different degrees of attention while introducing control.
