论述了少儿图书馆开展素质教育的必要性,分析了少儿图书馆开展素质教育的有利因素,提出了少儿图书馆开展素质教育的实施办法。
This paper expounds the necessity of developing the quality education by children＇s library, analyzes the advantages of children＇s library in developing the quality education, and advances some implementing methods for developing the quality education by children library.
