摘要
基于密闭液体的体积变化与压力变化之间呈反比的特性,研制了一种高精度压力试验系统。系统由容积为1.642m3压力筒、强制改变密闭液体体积的机械系统和计算机控制系统组成。该系统的压力控制范围为11MPa,静态控制精度为0.005MPa,系统频宽为0.1Hz。
A pressure vessel experiment system with high precision has been developed based on the characteristic of inverse ratio between the volume of contained liquid and pressure. The pressure vessel experiment system is consist of a container with the volume of 1. 642ms, mechanism system used to change the contained liquid's volume and computer control system. It can be used to realize the control pressure up to 11MPa, static control precision up to 0. 005MPa and 0. 1Hz frequency spectrum.
