摘要
目的研究护肝颗粒对急性实验性肝损伤的保护作用。方法采用四氯化碳肝损伤小鼠模型,以联苯双酯为阳性对照,护肝颗粒三个剂量组小鼠均连续灌胃给药10 d,分别测定各组小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶活性和观察肝脏组织病理学的改变。结果护肝颗粒能明显降低四氯化碳肝损伤小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶的活性,并有效减轻肝脏的病理损害。结论护肝颗粒对小鼠急性实验性肝损伤具有明显的保肝降酶作用。
Objective To observe the protective effects of Hugan granule on acute experimental hepatic injury. Methods The acute liver-injured model induced by carbon tetrachloride was established in mice, and the mice were fed with 3 different doses of Hugan granule for ten days. The activities of the alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminctransferase (AST) were detected and the histopathological changes of hepatic tissue were observed. Results Hugan granule could obviously inhibit the increase of serum AST and ALT activities and reduce the pathologic injuries of liver tissue. Conclusion Hugan granule has significant protective effects and enzyme-reducing actions on the acute experimental hepatic injury in mice.
