摘要
本文较系统地分析了取珠后三角帆蚌肉的营养成分,包括水分、灰分、脂肪、多糖、蛋白质及其氨基酸组成,钙、磷以及几种微量元素。通过比较与分析,评估了取珠后三角帆蚌肉的营养价值,在此基础上提出了综合利用蚌肉的一些建议。
This paper reported in detail the respective nutrient compositions of the meat of Hyriopsis cumingii.On the basis of comparison, the nutritive value of the meat of Hyriopsis cumingii is affirmed and suggestions are put forward for the comprehensive utilization of the Hyriopsis cumingii
