A modified technique for cervical heterotopic heart transplantation in rats

摘要 目的:探讨大鼠颈部异位心脏移植模型的改进。方法:120只Lewis鼠随机分为2组,实验组40对,行改进法颈部异位心脏移植,大鼠供心无名动脉和肺动脉分别与受者颈总动脉和颈外静脉行端侧吻合;对照组20对,行Chen氏法(陈忠华所创之术式)心脏移植。结果:实验组总缺血时间和术中出血量分别为(45.74±1.67)min与(0.97±0.23)ml,移植心存活时间超过6周。对照组分别为(56.06±3.07)min与(2.18±0.27)ml,移植心存活时间超过6周。结论:改进术式可减少术中失血、提高手术速度、明显缩短供心总缺血时间,为安全、简便和可行的方法,值得推广。 Objective: To improve the technique for cervical heterotopic heart transplantation in rats. Methods: One hundred and twenty Lewis rats were randomized into an experimental (40 pairs) and a control group (20 pairs). The former underwent cervical heterotopic heart transplantation with a modi- fied technique, with the donor heart innominate artery and pulmonary artery anastomosed end-to-side respectively with the recipient right common carotid artery and external jugular vein, while the latter with Chen' s method. Results : The total ischemic time and blood loss were lessened to (45.74 ±1.67 ) min and (0.97 ±0.23) ml during the operation in the experimental group, as compared with (56.06 ± 3.07) min and (2.18±0.27) ml in the control, although the grafts survived 6 weeks in both of the groups. Conclusion: The modified technique for cervical heart transplantation, capable of reducing blood loss, donor heart ischemia and operation time, is a safe, simple and applicable method.
