摘要
大型体育场馆作为大型群众活动的场所,一旦发生事故往往造成群死群伤的严重后果。该文通过对上个世纪以来国际场馆上典型事故案例的总结,对死亡人数及事故成因的分析,归纳出其所面临的灾害类型要素,提出非传统公共安全问题为现今大型场馆面临主要灾害,相关安全设计应成为目前亟待探索的课题。
Large sports stadium is the place for large-scale mass activities, where once an accident will result in high casualties. Through analyzing the conditions, death tolls and origins of the typical accident cases that happened in international venues since 20th century, this article summarizes the types of hazards elements which the stadiums are facing, and puts forward that non-traditional public security problemare the main hazards at present, and that related safety design should become the subject which is urgent to explore.
