摘要
新的城市规划编制办法出台后,"四区"划定成为城市总体规划的必要基础。在此背景下,该文以长汀县中心城区为例,综合吸收了前人研究成果,又引入了多因素GIS方法,运用"建设阻-潜力"模型,科学、合理地进行了建设适宜性研究,为城市总体规划的编制提供必要的依据。
After the new urban planning-making methods came out, ＂four areas＂ have been designated as the essential foundations for urban master planning. Under this background, the article takes the city center of Changting County as an example, comprehensively assimilates previous achievements, imports the MCE-GIS, applies the ＂resistance-pot, ential＂ model, so as to do the Construction Suitability Study scientifically and reasonably, and provide necessary basis for urban master planning.
