摘要
为研究工业生产中具有正向溶解度梯度的盐类溶液盐析层随时间的变化规律,运用自行设计的传热学试验方法和采用高精度热电阻及计算机实时数据采集系统,较为细致的研究了在不同主流温度和不同平均主流速度下盐析层热阻随时间的变化规律.试验结果表明,在平均主流速度保持一致的条件下,主流温度会对盐类溶液盐析过程产生较大影响,即高温时盐析现象发生、发展较缓,并且随时间的加长,两者的差距加大;在主流温度保持一定的条件下,低速时盐析层热阻的增长速率快,反映了不同的速度驰豫过程对盐析现象的影响;同时,从盐析层热阻随时间变化的趋势看,在不同主流温度和不同平均主流速度下,其增长方式均为线性.所运用的试验方法和所取得的结论将为研究动态盐析机理提供参考和借鉴.
By using heat transfer experimental methods designed by ourselves, high accuracy thermo-resistance and computer data acquisition system, the law of dynamic change of salt-out layer at different main flow temperatures and velocities are studied. Experimental results show that main flow temperature has a deep effect on salt-out of salt solution when the average main flow velocity is constant. It means that occurrence and development of salt-out are slow at high temperatures and their differences increase as time goes on. The increasing rate of salt-out layer thermo-resistance is high at low velocity when the main flow temperature is constant. The tendency of the dynamic change of salt-out layer thermo-resistance increases linearly at different main flow temperatures and average velocities. The experimental method and resuhs provide references for studying the mechanism of dynamic salt-out.
