摘要
在对滚筒体进行受力分析的基础上,建立了滚筒体的力学模型,把材料力学和弹性力学的板壳理论相结合,导出了滚筒体厚度的实用计算公式和滚筒体应力的校核验算公式。分析表明,计算应力的弯矩与筒体的接盘间距存在正比例关系,由此可知设计滚筒体时减小接盘间距有利于降低滚筒体的应力。
On the basis of the drum body stress analysis,a mechanical model of the drum is established in this paper.By combining the material mechanics,elastic mechanics and the sheet/shell theory,the practical calculation formula for the thickness of the driving drum and the drum stress calibration and checking formula are induced.Analysis shows that the calculated stress bending moment and the space between the connecting flanges of the driving dum are in a direct proportion.It is hence very clear that when designing driving drum,it is important to reduce the space length between the connecting flanges so as to achieve the goal of reducing the total stress to be exerted on the drum body.
