摘要
目的探讨舒适护理对上肢骨折术后患者疼痛及满意度的影响。方法将101例上肢骨折术后患者随机分成观察组(52例)与对照组(49例),对照组按常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理。结果观察组患者术后24h疼痛程度显著轻于对照组(P<0.01),其对护理工作的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论舒适护理使上肢骨折术后患者舒适地渡过术后疼痛期,减轻了疼痛程度,提高了满意度。
Objective To explore the influence of comfort nursing care on the satisfaction of patients undergoing operation for upper limb operation. Methods A total of 101 patients who received surgery for upper limb fracture were divided in- to an observation group （n=52） and a control group （n=49）. The patients in the observation group received comfort nursing care while those in the control group were given routine nursing care. Results The pain perceived by the patients in the observation group was significantly milder than that in the control group （P〈0.01） and the satisfaction with the nursing care was higher in the observation group than that in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The comfort nursing care can reduce pain, help the patients with upper limb fracture go through the postoperative pain. As a result, they are more satisfied with the nursing work.
