摘要
非小细胞肺癌被认为是一个典型老年疾病,因老年人生理的特殊性,年龄〉70岁的患者往往被排斥在临床研究之外,缺乏多中心临床随机对照研究,目前尚无肯定的标准治疗。现通过相关文献资料分析老年人非小细胞肺癌化疗的必要性,介绍第3代抗肿瘤药物和不同化疗方案的疗效,以及分子靶向治疗药物(如吉非替尼)在老年人中的研究进展,为老年人肺癌化疗方案的选择提供参考。
Non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） is considered to be a typical diseases in the elder,. There is still no standardized therapy for it at present because it is lack of multicentral random control study in clinic and patients over 70 years old are always excluded from the clinical study because of their special physiology. This article not only analyzes the necessity of chemotherapy for elder person with NSCLC, but also introduces the efficacy of the antitumor drug in the third generation and different chemotherapeutic scheme,as well as study progresses of molecular targeted therapeutic drugs in the eider, such as gefitinib, in order to provide reference for the selection of chemotherapeutic scheme for elder NSCLC.
