摘要
介绍了220kV变电站低压侧电能计量方式,分析了两种新型电子式三相三线电能表的电能计量原理,对不同测试原理电能表电压失压后的有功功率进行了分析,包括有功功率计算公式的解析分析和相量图分析,得出了两种测试原理电能表在外部相同失压情况下计量的电量不同,从而有不同的差错电量计算系数。由于目前现场运行电能表有不同的计量原理,因此差错电量要根据具体表计测试原理和运行接线情况计算,应该用故障阶段内的电量平衡进行验证。
This paper introduces the methods for electric energy measurement at low voltage side of 220kV substation, analyzes the principle of two new electronic three-phase and three-wire electric energy meters, and analyzes the active power of electronic energy meters with losing voltage in different measurement principles, including analysis of active power formula and phase diagram. The results show that, under the same outside voltage loss ,the electricity of two electronic energy meters with different principles is different, thus error energy calculation coefficient is different. Since running meters take different principles, error energy should be analyzed according to the principle of meter and wire connection mode, calculated by energy balance test during the fault period.
