摘要
焊接过程不均匀的温度变化以及焊接缺陷的影响使焊接接头成为整个焊接结构最薄弱的环节,因此对焊接接头进行理论与实验研究在工程实践中具有重要价值和意义。近年来,焊接数值模拟技术的应用加快了研究的进展。着重介绍了利用有限元方法模拟焊接过程的方法以及研究进展,分析了有限元模拟存在的问题及未来发展。
The asymmetric temperature change in welding process and welding faults make Welding joint the weakest section of the whole welding structure.So doing theoretical and experimental research in welding joint make great value and significance in engineering practice.Recently,the application of welding numerical simulation technology quicken the research development.This paper mainly introduce the method as well as research development of simulating welding process by FEM,and the problem as well as development in the future of finite element simulation are analyzed.
