摘要
对教育资源进行优化配置,有利于优化教育的发展条件,实现教育管理的经济优化,从而提高办学的效率。在现阶段教育资源供给短缺的状况下,要想实现对教育资源的优化配置,必须先对教育体制、教育运行机制和教育政策等进行改革。
To optimize and deploy educational resources is in favor of optimizing developing conditions of education and realizing economic optimization of educational administration so as to increase effectiveness of running a school.Under the situation of being lack of educational resources at present,we must reform educational system,educational running mechanism and educational policies in order to deployment educational resources better.
