摘要
钒稀土发光材料因其在真空紫外照射下有稳定的发光效率,在PDP、FED等领域显示出了极好的应用价值,已成为近年来国内外学者研究的热点方向之一。随着纳米技术的进步、发光机理的进一步深入研究,钒稀土发光材料也将步入新的发展阶段。本文主要介绍了钒稀土发光材料的研究现状、主要的合成方法与技术、发光机理、主要应用领域以及存在的主要问题,预测了其今后的发展趋势。
The vanadium rare earth luminescent material has become one of the hot spots recently home and abroad because of its stable luminous efficiency illuminated by vacuum ultraviolet and successful application in the fields of PDP and FED, etc. The vanadium rare earth luminescent material will step further into a new development phase with the progress of nanotechnology and in-depth research of luminescent mechanism. This paper focuses on discussion of the status quo, preparation technology, luminescent mechanism, primary application sections and existing problems and forecasts the development tendency.
