摘要
为适应新军事革命的要求,医院、疗养院的医务部(处)须构建新的工作模式。即加强决策意识,辅助院领导,从"高"、"远"、"深"、"全"的科学角度主动参谋的决策型模式;加强专业和管理知识的学习,成为专家型、管理型人才,并努力提高综合素质,向复合型人才发展的学习型模式;改进工作作风,坚持面向基层,把为基层服务作为工作的出发点和落脚点,积极主动、热情周到地为基层办实事,解难题的服务型模式;职能公开、决策公开,接受群众监督,促进团结协作的透明型模式;加强硬件建设,简化工作程序,运用平行工作方法,提高工作效率的高效型模式。
To meet request of the accelerated development of the new military revolution, the medical affair department should construct a new work mode in which decision -making awareness will enhance to support the leaders and form decision -making mode; the study of specialty knowledge will be strengthen to realized learning mode; the service consciousness will be improved to form service mode; the decision -making will be published to form clarity mode; and work procedure will be simplified to improve work efficiency and form high -efficiency mode.
