摘要
缓冲材料振动传递率~频率特性曲线(Tr~f)常用于缓冲包装的防振校核,本文以密度为1.5lbs/cu.ft(约为0.024g/cm3)聚苯乙烯为例,将不同静应力下的Tr~f曲线,重新组合,得到静应力与最大传递率之间的关系曲线。试验证明,该曲线用于降低包装设计成本具有一定的指导意义。
Tr-f curves of cushion materials are usually used for checking the ability of the package for preventing vibration. Take polystyrene foam as an example, whose density is 1.5 lbs/cu.ft (about 0,024g/cm^3), a new composite curves of σ-Tr are developed in this paper. And the results of the experimentations have proved that the theory of such curves is useful for reducing the package cost.
