介绍了基于DeltaV系统的批量控制之阶段的实现方法,阐述了批量控制的基本模型和关键技术,并以工业过程中的pH控制为例,详细论述了批量控制关键技术的具体应用。对于精细化工、制药和食品等批量生产过程控制有较重要参考意义。
This paper presents the basic models and terminologies required for use in batch control, illustrates the solution to the imPlementation of a batch control phase based on the DeltaV system. It also gives an application of the critical technology to the pH control in an industrial process and explains the solution in detail.
