摘要
试验采用比色法测定鸡骨草、毛鸡骨草不同部位总黄酮的含量,试验结果表明,鸡骨草茎中总黄酮含量比毛鸡骨草中的高,但鸡骨草根中、叶片中总黄酮的含量比毛鸡骨草中的低.通过比较鸡骨草、毛鸡骨草不同部位总黄酮的含量,为它们的开发利用提供依据.
The contents of total flavanone in different parts of Abrus cantoniensis and Abrus rnollis were measured by UV -a visible spectrophotometer. higher than those of Abrus rnollis, Abrus rnollis. This study aimed at rnollis, expecting to provide basis The results showed that the total flavanone contents in stems of Abrus cantoniensi were while the total contents in roots and leaves of Abrus cantoniensi were lower than those of comparing the total flavanone contents in different parts of Abrus cantoniensis and Abrus for their utilization.
