摘要
目的:了解我院抗感染药的应用状况及趋势。方法:采用金额排序法和用药频度(DDDs)排序法对我院2005年至2007年抗感染药应用数据进行统计、分析。结果:我院抗感染药销售金额较大的是头孢菌素类和复方β-内酰胺酶抑制剂,占抗感染药销售金额的绝大多数;DDDs较大的是第3代头孢菌素类。结论:头孢菌素类和复方β-内酰胺酶抑制剂在我院的应用占主导地位。
Objective： To investigate the usage of antibiotic drugs and their development in our hospital. Method： The dates of antibacterials used in our hospital from 2005 to 2007 were analyzed retrospectively by the rank of consumption sum and DDDs. Result： The CEPs and β - LTMs in total amount of money of all antibiotic drugs on the market is relatively high, and DDDs of the third generation cephalosporin was higher. Conclusion： The CEPs and β -LTMs played an important role in our hospital.
