摘要
在波长485—640nm范围内,间隔0.5nm,测量Fe3+、Zn2+、Cu2+与2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯酚(简称5-Br-PADAP)显色配合物的吸光度。用连续小波变换(CWT)对测定的光谱数据进行预处理,再用支持向量回归(SVR)建模,建立了连续小波变换-支持向量回归方法(CWT-SVR)。方法用于模拟水样中Fe3+、Zn2+、Cu2+三组分的同时测定,结果满意,且明显优于SVR方法。
The spectrum of Fe^3+, Zn^2+, Cu^2+ with 2-( 5-bromo-2-Pyridylazo )-5- diethylaminophenol as chromogenic reagent,with the wavelength of 585 640nm and interval of 0.5nm were sampled. The continuous wavelet transform (CWT) was used then to pretreat the data. A model was built by support vector regression, establishing continuous wavelet transformation-support vector regression method(CWT-SVR). This method gave better result than SVR method when used to simultaneous determination of Fe^2+ ,Zn^2+, Cu^2+ in aqueous solution.
