摘要
相位噪声和幅度噪声是电子测量中的1个重要指标,相噪和幅噪指标的好坏直接影响着整个系统的性能。为完成某导弹武器系统照射器高频信号的参数检测,分析了WPN9000对相位噪声进行检测的工作原理及测量方法,提出了基于WPN9000的某照射器信号参数检测系统的设计方案。介绍了检测系统的结构组成,说明了照射器信号参数检测过程,对GPIB接口卡进行了开发,并对操控软件的组成及操作流程进行了深入说明。试验结果表明系统达到了设计指标要求,能够满足实际测量需要。
Phase noise and amplitude noise are important index in the electronic measurement. In order to measure the parameters of irradiator HF signal, operating principles and measurement methods on detecting of phase noise with WPN9000 are analyzed, and a measurement system of irradiator signal parameters based on WPN9000 is brought about. The composition, measurement process, GPIB card development and control software of this measurement system are profoundly explained. Results show that this system meets the engineering need.
