摘要
以糯玉米组合M578×S147的P1,P2,F1,B1,B2,F2六世代为材料,采用主基因+多基因遗传模型分析方法,研究糯玉米的株高、穗位高的遗传,结果表明:株高符合两对加性-显性-上位性主基因+加性-显性多基因遗传模型.在B1,B2,F2世代,株高的主基因遗传率分别为12.7%,39.9%,48.4%,多基因遗传率分别为50.1%,0%,15.3%;穗位高的遗传符合加性-显性-上位性多基因遗传模型,在B1,B2,F2世代,穗位高的多基因遗传率分别为32.4%,34.7%,19.8%.
Six generations (P1, P2, F1, B1, B2 and F2) from the cross M578×S147 were used to study the inheritance of plant height and ear height using the “major gene plus polygene mixed inheritance model”. The research results indicated that the inheritance of plant height fitted the the genetic model of “two addi-tive-dominance epistasis major genes plus additive-dominance polygenes”, the major gene heritability in B1, B2 and F2 were 12.7%,39.9% and 48.4%, respectively, and the polygene heritability in B1, B2 and F2 were 50.1%, 0%and 15.3%, respectively; and that the inheritance of ear height fitted the genetic model of additive-dominance-epistasis polygenes. The polygenes heritability in B1, B2 and F2 were 32.0% ,34.7% and 19.8%, respectively.
