摘要
目的调查分析脑卒中后遗症病人2种养老方式对照顾者生活质量的影响。方法采用病人ADL评定量表(BI)、简明健康调查问卷(SF-36)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)及自制的《脑血管后遗症病人家庭护理现状调查表》、《照顾者精神健康状况调查表》、《照顾者身体健康状况调查表》,调查分析50名机构养老和50名居家养老的脑卒中后遗症病人主要照顾者的生活质量。结果机构养老组在家庭成员月均收入及家政服务费用月支出方面明显高于居家养老组;其照顾者患高血压、冠心病、脑血管病、糖尿病等较重疾病,在近1个月来从社会、家庭获得的帮助与支持方面及病人坚持功能康复训练方面2组具有统计学意义。2组照顾者在精神健康、身体健康方面无统计学意义(P>0.05)。照顾者在身体疼痛、社会职能2个纬度及照顾者应对方式方面具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论机构养老照顾者尽管患有较重的疾病,但调查的身心健康状况并不比对方差,相反其社会职能明显优于居家养老照顾者,并能采取积极的应对方式,说明机构养老不失为一种较好的养老方式。
[ Objective] To survey the influence of two caring methods for the stroke syndrome patients on the life quality of the favorers. [Methods] Barthel Index (BI), brief health survey questionnaire ( SF-36), simplified coping style questionnaire ( SCSQ), and self-made Questionnaire of Family Nursing for the stroke syndrome patients, self-made Questionnaire of the Favorers'Mental Health and self-made Questionnaire of the Favorers'Physical Health were used to investigate the life quality of 50 favorers for the stroke syndrome patients in the aged caring institutions and 50 at home. [Results] The average monthly income and monthly family expense in the institution group was significantly higher than that in the home group; significant difference was found in the favorers′morhidity of hypertension, coronal heart disease, cerebral vascular disease and diabetes, family support and the patients′rehabilitation exercise; no significant difference was found in the favorers′mental and physical health between the two groups (P 〉0. 05) ; significant difference was found in the favorers′body pains, social function and coping methods ( P 〈 0. 05 ). [ Conclusion ] The favorers in the institutions have serious diseases, but they are mentally as healthy as the favorers at home; their social function is obviously superior to those at home and can adopt active coping methods, which indicates that aged caring institutions is a good way of taking care of the elders.
