摘要
研究了铁系乙烯基聚丁二烯(FVBR)和2种日本产SSBR的性能。与2种SSBR相比,FVBR乙烯基含量较高,相对分子质量分布明显较窄,尽管3者[η]相差不明显,但是SSBR,尤其是充油胶VSL的重均相对分子质量远远高于FVBR。FVBR硫化胶的300%定伸应力、拉伸强度以及生热性能均优于SSBR,抗湿滑性与VSL相近,两者都优于不充油胶SL5525K;3者的耐磨性能接近。FVBR在60℃下的损耗因子值明显低于2种SSBR,预示其具有较低的滚动阻力。
In this paper, the properties of vinyl-polybutadiene rubber polymerized by iron catalyst system (FVBR), and two kinds of solution polybutadiene-styrene rubber(SSBR) made in JSR were studied. FVBR possessed higher vinyl content, and narrower molecular weight distribution,compared with two kinds of SSBR. The weight average molecular weight of FVBR was much lower than those of SSBR, especially oil-extended SSBR (VSL), although their [η] were very adjacent. The 300% modulus, tensile strength, as well as heat build-up of FVBR vulcanizate were better than those of SSBR, but the we't skid resistance was nearly oil-extended SSBR, better than that of SSBR without oil. Their abrasion loss was very close. The loss factor, tanδ at 60℃ for FVBR,was lower than that of two kinds of SSBR, which might indicate FVBR had lower rolling resistance.
